Information you provide
Our consultation form collects your name, practice name, email, phone number, city, preferred cleaning frequency, and any optional information you choose to include. Please do not submit patient information, medical records, or other sensitive health information.
Reviews
If you leave a review, we collect your star rating, your review text, the name you want shown, and — optionally — your role, practice name, and city, along with your email address. Reviews are not published automatically: we publish a review only after confirming it came from a client. When published, your rating, review text, name, and any role, practice, and city you entered are shown publicly on this website. Your email address is never published; we use it only to confirm the review and, if needed, to contact you about it.
How your information is used
We use your details to evaluate your request, communicate with you about cleaning services, plan a consultation, and publish reviews you have agreed to share. Submitting a form does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list or create a cleaning contract.
Storage and service providers
Requests and reviews are stored in our website’s hosted database. The website and infrastructure providers process information needed to operate the site. A short-lived, hashed network identifier may be used to limit automated form submissions. When a request or review is submitted, a notification containing what you entered is emailed to our team through an email delivery provider. We do not sell your details.
Cookies and technical information
This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use essential cookies and technical logs to operate the website, prevent abuse, and manage access.
Your choices
You may ask about your information, request a correction, or ask us to remove a published review or delete your details by calling or texting (682) 532-9672. Information may be retained as needed to handle your inquiry or meet applicable obligations.
